Meals with Impact is a social enterprise aimed at empowering refugee women to gain skills and find employment. Back in March 2023 we wrapped their food truck.
How it came
together
Received mockups from artist. As static JPGs these were essentially a design reference.
Armed with a arsenal of measurements of the van I built out a template of the shell of the vehicle.
I then reproduced the artwork and split it into over 200 pieces which could be printed. labelled by colour and location on the vehicle.
Decals beginning to take shape...
Now came the task of individually applying each and every one of the 200+ decals.

On behalf of everyone involved in MWI, I would like to pass on our overwhelming gratitude for all of the wonderful work done on our food van.
Please be aware that the work you have done will change people's lives for the better through the creation of employment readiness for many long term unemployed women from culturally diverse backgrounds. Women will now be exposed to entrepreneurial experiences and work integrated training that is unparalleled to build their self confidence and sense of contribution to society.

I was honked at, given the 'thumbs up' and even had a bloke try and book the van whilst driving due to the incredibly eye-catching work.
